Shailendra Parolkar is a passionate agile practitioner with three decades of experience in information technology enablement. He has performed various agile roles e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Trainer, Agile Program Manager etc. and has been instrumental in guiding various organizations through their agile transformation and continuous improvement journey.
He combines his technical expertise with his agile skills to help teams build solutions that provide value to the customer early and often. He has trained, coached and mentored several agile practitioners transition from their old traditional roles into new agile roles e.g., Project Manager to Scrum Master, Business Analyst to Product Owner etc. He has also helped many business and technology leaders understand and adopt agility to be able to support their teams in their quest for high performance.
He is a servant leader and has guided others through their transition from fixed mindset to growth mindset. He uses his well-rounded experience to bring cohesiveness and alignment across teams, programs and portfolios by helping them work across traditional organizational silos with focus on value that they are creating for their customer.
Savannah is an Executive Agile Transformation Coach with more than 20 years of experience working with Fortune 10 organizations and executive leadership teams. She is passionate about helping organizations develop authentic agility by creating cultures where leaders and teams continuously learn, inspect, adapt, and view both success and failure as opportunities for growth.
Throughout her career, Savannah has advised leaders on enterprise transformation, organizational change, and the adoption of Lean and Agile ways of working. She brings an investor mindset to transformation, focusing on value, efficiency, customer outcomes, and sustainable change. Her approach emphasizes strengthening adoption, behaviors, accountability, and organizational capability rather than simply implementing processes or frameworks.
As an Agile coach, Savannah works with leaders and teams to continuously inspect and adapt strategies, improve how work flows through organizations, and accelerate the delivery of customer value. She has also applied Agile principles and Scrum beyond traditional technology environments, demonstrating how agility can strengthen business operations, product development, sales, marketing, and organizational effectiveness.
Savannah is an active International Coaching Federation Master Certified Coach (MCC), the organization’s highest coaching credential, and a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) through Scrum Alliance. She also holds the Coaching Agile Transformations (ICP-CAT) and Enterprise Agile Coaching (ICP-ENT) credentials and has completed extensive training in Co-Active Coaching and Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).
Her approach to training is deeply influenced by neuroscience and adult learning principles. Savannah is trained in Brain-Based Conversation Skills and is a certified Training from the BACK of the Room (TBR) Trainer. She integrates brain-based learning techniques, experiential activities, and the TBR 4Cs model to create engaging learning environments that help participants translate concepts into practical behaviors.
Savannah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership and is completing graduate studies in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is also a published author with more than two dozen professional certifications spanning Agile, coaching, training, and facilitation.
Beyond her client and classroom work, Savannah has presented at professional conferences and contributed her time to Agile and Scrum communities and events. Her commitment to continuous learning and organizational transformation remains at the center of her work as both a coach and educator.
Alston is a highly accomplished Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) with more than 20 years of experience leading business agility transformations for Fortune 100 companies across industries including IT, Insurance, Finance, Healthcare, and Energy.
His expertise includes advising organizations, co-creating transformation strategies and roadmaps, and coaching and training senior leaders and teams in Lean and Agile ways of working. He helps organizations strengthen adaptability, improve effectiveness, and build the leadership and team capabilities needed to sustain transformation. At Kintsugi Training Institute, Alston serves as VP of Agile Training and Chief Product Owner.
Alston’s approach begins by meeting organizations where they are in their transformation journey. He works closely with leaders, teams, and key stakeholders to ensure transformation strategies reflect each organization’s unique needs, challenges, and objectives. His holistic approach extends beyond technology teams, helping organizations embed agility across business functions and strengthen product, project, and leadership capabilities.
In addition to his CEC credentials, Alston is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 25 years of experience managing portfolios, programs, and projects. This background gives him a broad perspective on how traditional and Agile approaches can work together to support complex organizational change.
A strong advocate for lifelong learning, Alston holds a BS in Botany from Clemson University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Alston brings the same curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement to his personal interests. He enjoys fly fishing, hiking, and woodworking, pursuits that reflect his appreciation for patience, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Daniel has over 25 years’ experience delivering solutions in an agile fashion. He excels in both technical and leadership arenas, helping to “bridge the gap” between business and technology. He understands group dynamics and mentors teams to reach their full potential. He is a proponent of Agile for the Enterprise and acts as a lean-agile consultant, trainer and coach.
After receiving his software engineering degree, Daniel began delivering software using waterfall approaches. Soon he made the transition to agile product development by adopting XP practices. In 2006 he obtained his Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential and became a practicing Scrum Master for several scrum teams.
As he grew into technology leadership roles, Daniel continued to implement Scrum practices in each product development organization. In 2015 Daniel learned about Scaled Agile and became a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC). He left the corporate world and started a consultancy focused on agile training and coaching. Since then he has helped a dozen companies with their agile transformation in a variety of industries spanning manufacturing, medical, entertainment, cloud systems, retail, banking, defense, mining & scientific.
Daniel continues to stay up with agile, technology and industry developments. He shares his learnings online via frequent LinkedIn and YouTube publishing.
Daniel lives in sunny San Diego along with his talented wife of 35 years and 3 energetic children who are pursuing careers as diverse as hospitality, international relations and civil engineering.
Lynzi is an enthusiastic, results-driven coach and trainer with a passion for guiding organizations towards higher levels of agility, collaboration, resiliency, and continuous improvement. Her empathetic, energetic, and adaptive approach fosters a culture of learning, enabling teams to deliver exceptional results while embracing change.
With a solid foundation based on diversity of experience, Lynzi focuses on growing individuals that create resilient teams and organizations. She has applied agile ways of working and principles in multiple industries, including health insurance, oil and energy, consumer data, consumer packaged goods, retail, and technology. Her expertise includes mentoring and empowering others, coaching and teaching, cooperative team dynamics, and continuous improvement.
A strong advocate of lifelong learning, Lynzi holds a BS in Marketing, an MBA from Northern Kentucky University, and multiple professional certifications. Lynzi’s love of learning extends beyond the classroom. An avid traveler, Lynzi explores the world around her, and is always adding locations to her travel bucket list. When she is home in Cincinnati, OH, she enjoys DIY projects, laughing at the antics of her cat, Daizy, and spending time with family and friends.
