AI is becoming part of everyday work—but using AI effectively takes more than knowing how to write a prompt.

AI Fluency at Work is a practical, hands-on course designed to help professionals use AI with greater clarity, judgment, and accountability. Participants learn how to give AI better direction, evaluate the quality of what comes back, refine weak outputs, verify critical information, and know when human judgment must take the lead.

This is not an “AI 101” course and it is not a list of prompting tricks. It is about building the skills people need to work effectively with AI in real workplace situations.

Throughout the course, participants practice a simple workflow: Decide → Prepare → Direct → Evaluate → Refine → Verify → Own. The focus is not simply on getting AI to produce more—it is on getting AI to produce better work, and knowing the difference.

Participants do not simply learn how to ask AI a question. They learn how to think before they ask, direct AI with intention, challenge what comes back, improve what is weak, verify what matters, and own the final outcome.
